Tomorrow is the day! The IAAF Council will vote on Tuesday to decide the host for the 2019 World Championships, and Eugene, Oregon (aka TrackTown, USA) is one of three finalists. The council will choose between Eugene, Doha, Qatar, and Barcelona, Spain.
