Dathan Ritzenhein's Tempo Run
After moving back to his hometown of Rockford, Michigan, Dathan Ritzenhein continued to train with his eyes toward 2015 and the Olympic Marathon Trials in 2016. In Sept. he completed a long tempo workout of 4 x 3-K (9:00, 8:41, 8:50 (uphill), and 8:39) to simulate half-marathon race pace.
