Steeplechase American record holder Evan Jager joins the show just two days after his 8:05.28 opener at the 2015 Prefontaine Classic, which was less than a second off his 8:04.71 PB. 

 

Jager talks about how he’s really focused on competing with the East Africans in the late stages of a race, and how he’s improved in the event over the years.

 

Jager also gives the guys an update on the health of Chris Derrick.

 

The guys close the show by giving their predictions for the NCAA Championships, and pick their favorites for the men’s 1500. In addition, Gordon and Lincoln discuss the events coming up on FloTrack this week, including Grant Fisher’s sub-4 attempt and Nick Symmonds racing at the Music City Distance Carnival in Nashville, Tennessee.
