Syracuse All-American Justyn Knight joins the show to talk about the upcoming Wisconsin Invitational. Although he had a tough day at NCAAs last fall (143rd), Knight enters this weekend's race ranked #5 in the Saucony Flo50 after an unbelievable track season where he ran 3:39 (1500) and 13:34 (5000) and ultimately finished 6th in the NCAA outdoor 5K.
