UPDATE 12:47pm: NBC Sports has reported that the mother of Andre De Grasse, Beverley denies any report that her son is going pro. According to her, "He is not a professional. He is not even signed to an agent. If the source isn't my son or myself, then all it is speculation."

According to Lori Ewing of The Canadian Press, World Bronze Medalist and NCAA Champion Andre De Grasse will forgo his senior year at USC and is currently in the middle of contract negotiations to turn pro. The shoe deal is reportedly a seven-figure deal.

Just this week, fellow World Bronze Medalist Trayvon Bromell flipped the sprinting world upside down and signed with New Balance.
