Lawi Lalang realized an amazing race in Millrose and i wanto to give him voice for my blog..

Yeah,I wanted!!But they say it was fast so i had to take it easy
-The tactic were studied??2 fantastic pacers and then u three pacing one-two laps each one??
Yes,everything was studied and organized with my coach

No nothing was difficult.Everything was going perfect
-Very appreciated also Sambu...when he arrived in front,oh my god what a pace!!..the other guys behind you disappeared meter by meter.

-Bernard during presentation said to be not surprise if u and Sambu with him at the finish,and so happened!!What does teach you Bernard before the race?
I have learned from him how to deal with big important races like Millrose Games

Yes.Training with a so big champ is very helpful for me.He helped me a lot!
-If i have read correctly,it is only one year u run seriously,You thought similar results one year ago?
No.13'08 was only a dream for me last year!!Amazing!
-What can do Lawi Lalang this year??in my opinion u can do more than this:first of all under 13' on 5k..are u agree??

I WILL COMPETE GOD WILLING IF I WILL BE HEALTH BECAUSE I ALREADY GOT THE STARDARDS AND SO IS JUST TO GO THERE AND TRY GET THAT TICKET
My two important considerations...Lawi Lalang tell us he will run in Kenyan Trials to try Olympics and he really consider to be able to run under 13' on 5k!!...
