On Monday I headed up to Ann Arbor to catch Nick Willis do his last workout in the states before heading to Osaka. Nick and I had talked a couple weeks before so I knew he was working out Monday evening but on Friday I called up Anna Willard and she was down with me filming her workout. Anna Willard, the steeplechaser who just finished her career at Michigan, got second at USAs and headed to Osaka on Tuesday as well. I will be posting her workout right now (hope you like it). Being a former steeplechaser, I must say I was very impressed with her workout. It was a lot longer then we usually did and her pace was smokin! Her 400s were at 8:45 steeple pace, which is awesome for a girl and a guy. I think she will make the final and have a great showing at Worlds. I also interviewed Lindsey Gallo (top pic) and Coach Mike Mcguire. I also wanted to thank all the bands that have sent in their music and links and encourage more people to get their band or their friends band to contact flotrack at support@flocasts.com. We used sent in Music for the first time in the Nick Willis workout and we hope to continue to use new bands. Flotrack would much rather use unknown bands and hopefully help them out by giving them some exposure then big established bands. The second pic is from the band Vehicular aka knec who we just used.
