Picture this: Donald Trump, president of the Donald Trump fan club and possibly the next president of this country, dressed in running shorts and what I assume would be Trump-branded sneakers. He’s about to time trial a mile with just one goal in mind: sub-10 minutes. 

Could the Donald do it? (Editor's Note: Not a chance) What about Bernie Sanders, who was a Van Cortlandt Park legend way back in the day, how fast could the 74-year-old Dem run a mile? Maybe Hillary has a wicked kick that we don’t know about.

If any of the presidential hopefuls can go sub-10, Reebok is ready to dole out $50k to a health-related charity of the candidate’s choice. In an effort to promote exercise and well-being, the footwear and apparel company has come up with this potentially hilarious idea that would prove who has been keeping up with their cardio while on the campaign trail.

I, like Reebok, would pay good money to see any and all of the candidates take on this challenge. Imagine if we got all of them to race each other. That’s a world I want to live in.

My guess is that Rubio is the only one would could break the barrier. What do you think?
