Before the best weekend of the NCAA cross country season, take an inside look at how the best men's teams and individuals train. Here are five Workout Wednesdays with this weekend's key players. You can watch them train below, and watch them race live this weekend on FloTrack at Wisconsin on Friday and Pre-Nationals on Saturday. (A few teams are racing at Penn State on Friday, and you'll be able to watch them after the race.)
