Adam and Meg chat with Doug Soles, coach of the No. 4 (girls) and No. 5 (boys) ranked Great Oak High School. We chat all things Brooks Mt. SAC XC Invite with one of the best high school coaches in the country. In 2015, both programs won the Division I Sweepstakes races at Mt. SAC and Division I California State Titles. The boys went on to win Nike Cross Nationals, and the girls finished third. 

We then break down what we liked, and didn't like, from Wisco/Pre-Nats weekend, and who we pick in our updated NCAA predictions.

Reigning 10,000m world champion Mo Farah will not defend his title at the 2019 IAAF World Championships in Doha, Qatar, according to his agent Ricky Simms. Farah was not listed among the IAAF's provisional entries released on Thursday.
