FloTrack's Best Kicks of 2016: Justyn Knight Goes Turbo Mode at Wisco
At the Wisconsin Nuttycombe Invitational in October, Syracuse's Justyn Knight showed off the kick that beat Galen Rupp this summer and surged past North Carolina State's Sam Parsons for the win.

The men's championship race at the Wisconsin Nuttycombe Invitational in October came down to the final 400 meters, and it did not disappoint. North Carolina State's Sam Parsons had a large lead, but Syracuse's Justyn Knight showed off the kick that beat Galen Rupp this summer and surged past Parsons for the win. Knight would go on to win the Atlantic Coast Conference title and finish runner-up to Villanova's Patrick Tiernan at the NCAA cross country championships.
