800m favorite Emmanuel Korir and 1500m medal contender Ayanleh Souleiman will miss the 2018 IAAF World Championships due to Visa Issues
Today it was discovered that two-time NCAA 800m champion and gold medal favorite Emmanuel Korir will miss the 2018 IAAF World Indoor Championships in Birmingham, England, due to a visa issue.
I think the men's 800 will be missing a big name tomorrow unfortunately

It is a shame Emmanuel Korir could not travel to Birmingham England to the world indoor championship, Because the Embassy could not process his Visa! What a shame!!

A similar visa issue also affected 2014 world indoor champion Ayanleh Souleiman, who will miss the 1500m prelims tomorrow.
