1. Natoya Goule Crushes The Competition

Although former Clemson Tiger Natoya Goule specializes in the 800m, she didn't seem to have a problem over the weekend in Charlotte, North Carolina. Within a minute and a half, the Jamaican was cruising. Watch as she crushes the competition in the 1500m to take the win at the 49er Classic.

2. Manteo Mitchell Opens 2018 With Speed Work

In another race where the winner was somewhat out of his element, usual 400m man Manteo Mitchell opened up his 2018 season with a 10.56 in the 100m. The American has a silver medal from the 2012 Olympic Games in London on the 4x400m relay, and he's looking pretty good this year, too.

3. Caroline Sang Wins One For The Home Team

All-American Caroline Sang didn't have to travel far for this race: the 49er Classic is, of course, held at the home of the Charlotte 49ers. In her 2018 debut in the women's 3K, the Kenyan made easy work of her competition, looking like she had about as much difficult as she probably did with her commute to the track.
