Coach's Insight: "This is no different than any other [year]. Our goal is to be one of the better programs in the country, that is always our goal. We’ve had a phenomenal fall of training and I think we are headed in the right direction.

"It’s all about preparation and development and trying to put them in the right mindset, a championship mindset. We don’t talk about this meet [NCAA Championships] we just make sure they are ready to have a great individual performance at the championships, we talk a lot about that. We talk about what it takes to get there."
