Analysis:

The Oklahoma State Cowboys return six from their top seven after a 13th place finish last season. The team will be led by last year’s breakout star Isai Rodriguez. Rodriguez had a relatively quiet track season this past year but should still be a top ten stick based off his impressive fourth place finish last year.

This year Rodriguez should have two men up front with him. Junior Ryan Smeeton is coming off a breakout track season after running a 8:27 3k steeplechase and senior Ashenafi Hatte has been a solid addition to the Cowboys roster since finishing in the top 30 at NCAAs last season.

Rounding out the roster will be incoming freshman Alex Maier, who had a great prep career running 4:09 1600, 8:52 3200, and 7th place finish at NXN.
