The Meet Up is on the ground at Holmdel Park for the Shore Coaches Invitational! In this special edition, Nia Gibson, Olu Olamigoke and John Davern takes you inside one of the biggest high school cross country meets of the season with interviews and conversations from the athletes and coaches shaping the action.
We’re joined by Diadora Pro and former Shore Coaches Invitational standout Marco Langon, along with competing coaches, to break down the racing, storylines and what makes this meet such a special part of the cross country season.
