If anyone can speak to the legacy of Steve Prefontaine, it is Pat Tyson. Pat was Pre's roommate, teammate, and sidekick at Oregon. Now the head coach at Gonzaga U in Spokane WA, Pat is an accomplished coach and ambassador of the sport. After the Olympic Trials Pat took the time to talk to Flotrack about Pre and what made him special.
