Cooper Lutkenhaus Take On Junior Year, Pro Contract, and World Champs | Workout Wednesday

We joined Cooper Lutkenhaus, Coach Chris Capeau, and the Northwest High School team in Justin, Texas for an inside look at the 16-year-old's preparation for the 2025 World Athletics Championships in Tokyo.

Lutkenhaus is the high school record holder in the 800m, as well as the fourth fastest American of all time, after a stunning performance at the US Championships.

This workout features Cooper's first time back in spikes since the US Champs, as well as his first time working out as a professional runner for Nike.
