Last year Tiffany Ross-Williams ran a US and World leading 53.28 in the 400 meter hurdles. She went to the world championships as the top seed but due to injuries only managed 7th place finish. In preparation for the 2008 Trials, Tiffany is now with a new coach, has a new home, and a new way of training. We this be what it takes for Tiffany to go for gold this summer in Bejing and run her goal of 52 seconds?
