3 Days Remaining

The week has gone by fast and we're only 3 days out from The Lynbrook Fly with the Owls 4 mile road race. We managed to get an interview with both of the top contenders together while they ice bath after a workout. This video has it all: trash talk, discussion about training philosophies and a girl.
