Chuck Cobb at Payton Jordan Invite

Chuck Cobb was a '58 grad of Stanford University where he was an All-American in the hurdles. His last two years he was coached by Payton Jordan and was really influenced by Jordan. He set the Stanford record in the hurdles (13.7) and when on to finish 4th at the 1960 Olympic Trials. Cobb is also the main donor to the Stanford Track and Field facilities. The track stadium was named after Cobb (Cobb Stadium) and he has also built another stadium like Stanford's down at the University of Miami.
