Beijing Olympics 4x100m relay bronze medalist Shinji Takahira sets a PB of 20.22 to win the Japanese National Track and Field Championships men's 200 m, his fourth national title. Takahira and 2nd and 3rd place finishers Hitoshi Saito and Kenji Fujimitsu broke the World Championships A-standard, meaning all three will probably go to Berlin.
