Team Chemistry is important to the success of a cross country team, particularly at the high school level. Ryan Luce, head coach at Royal HS (Simi Valley, CA), is currently seeing his squad benefit from its positive dynamics.

Luce is preparing his team for another trip to NXN after placing 2nd at the California State Championships, which slotted them at #19 in the national rankings.
