Adam Vess Talks About his College Transition

Adam Vess had a very successful high school career, winning state titles, and even a national title in the 5k outdoors. The transition to college was tough at first, as Vess battled injuries during his first 2 years at Marist. However, now Adam is back on track, and shares with Flotrack what it took to complete the transition from high school to college running.
