Get to Know Nicole Bush

Get to know on of the top young female steeplers in the US, Nicole Bush. Bush graduate from Michigan State University in 2009 after finishing runner-up to Jenny Barringer in the steeplechase. Early that season at Stanford she ran her PB of 9:39 in the steeple. She has shown to be one of the most consistent US steeplers over the past 3 years as she also ran 9:40 in 2008 to finish 4th at the US Olympic Trials. After breaking her foot at the US Championships last year it has been a long road back after recovering and entering her first year as a professional, but now is on the upswing running 9:40 at Leige (race video) earlier this month and PRing in the mile at 4:36 in Indy back in June. Look for more to come from Nicole as she sets her sights for the World Champs in 2011.
