Lauryn Williams in the down year

After her race at the 2010 Brasschaat Meeting, Lauryn Williams talks about how she's been attacking the "down year". Lauryn has made the last 6 US teams (4 World Champs, 2 Olypmics) and is looking to make the next 3. She'll have a few more low key races before she shuts it down for 2010 and looks to run some PRs and make some teams in the coming years.
