Flotrack's Kick of the Week - July, 27

Young Silas Kiplagat had shown signs in the past that he was an up-and-coming Kenyan mid-distance star, but a win over a stacked field in the Monaco Diamond League 1500 catapulted this runner to #1 in the world with the fastest time by an athlete since 2006, 3:29.27! He did so by running down Augustine Choge and Amine Laalou in the final 200 with a monstrous kick. Nice finishing kicks from Andy Wheating and Ryan Gregson also earned them massive PRs, as well.
