David McNeill back from Commonwealth Games

David McNeill recently finished 8th at the Commonwealth Games, where he faced strong international competition midway through his final NCAA cross country season. David talks about his experience in India and how he had to change his training to meet the needs of "peaking" twice in the cross season. David will be one of the favorites heading into the NCAA Championships, he talks about his chances and faces the returning champ Sam Chelanga.
