Flotrack sat down with Neely Spence of Shippensburg to talk about over coming injuries and NCAAs this year. At the 09' NCAA XC Champs Neely went out in 5:06 but faded to 43rd. She came back for indoor/outdoor and won the 5k title. She talks about the ups and downs and staying focused.
