Ashton Eaton before the 2010 Bowerman Awards

null

Aston Eaton is the first two-time nominee for the Bowerman. In 2010 Eaton not only won his fourth and fifth NCAA titles in the multis, but he broke the 8,150 point mark in all three decathlons he competed in. Even more impressive, Eaton broke a 17 year old WORLD RECORD in the indoor heptathlon at the NCAA Championships. He will be up for the honors tonight with former teammate Andy Wheating and ASU alum Ryan Whiting to see if the Men's Bowerman Trophy will stay in the Oregon Family,
