In 2010, after winning two outdoor NCAA title, Andrew Wheating burst on the professional scene in a big way! Wheating, who finished in the top 5 at four Diamond League meets, set PRs in the 800 (1:44.56), 1500 (3:30.90) and mile (3:51.74). Wheating answered questions as to how good he could be....VERY GOOD! And there looks to be more to come for this former Oregon Duck. With the 2011 World Championships right around the corner and finishing 2010 ranked #4 in the world at 1500s, Wheating not only looks to be a favorite to make the US team but also has a shot on that medal stand. We're all looking forward to the next few years with this guy...
