Kirani James, only 18 years old, broke the SEC Meet record and the World Junior record as he broke the 45 second barrier for the first time in his career with a 44.80 at the SEC Championships in Fayetteville, AK. He is #3 All-Time indoors behind world record-holder Kerron Clement (44.57) and world outdoor record-holder Michael Johnson (44.63).
