Lauren Fleshman coming back again in 2011

Throughout her career Lauren Fleshman has battled with injuries and set backs. She has battled back time and time again and last year won the US Championships at 5000 meters over some of the best in US history. After what seemed to be a promising summer, Fleshman once again experienced set backs that had accumulated over time due to prior injuries with her foot. Its the start of a new season in 2011 and Lauren finds herself in a position she has been in before, but as always has a great outlook on things. She has learned a lot over the years that has helped her persevere through the tough times. We sat with her during her first week back of running to get an update.
