Matt ran 8:24 at NCAAs and let up over the last 40 meters or so and just missed the A standard. then he got second at the Canadian championships so now he has to at least run the B standard again (sub 8:32) to be able to go to Worlds, Monaco is his last chance. Matt talks about scrambling to organize a schedule and how Ryan Fenton is basically the man.
