Part 1 of 2. Ciaran O'Lionaird has been nothing short of on fire this summer. Just a few days ago Ciaran ran an Olympic A standard of 3:34.46 in Oordegem Belgium. At NCAA's Ciaran had the oppourtunity to score points for the Seminoles in both the 5k and 10k but was plagued with illness and FSU ended up losing the team championship by one point. Part 1 Ciaran reflects on his senior xc and track season and what he has learned from it.
