Ryan Ponsonby on Coaching Pressures & Learning

In a short time, coach Ryan Ponsonby has experienced many different experiences at a very elite level including being a part of a bronze medal at the 2009 World Championships with Shannon Rowbury and coach John Cook. Ponsonby talks about what it was like to put into the role quickly and how he handles training elite athletes in a setting of the "big stage." Ryan also touches on his relationship with coach Cook and how much he has learned.
