Tom Farrell of Ok State in 2011

Tom Farrell became a huge part of the 2010 NCAA Championship team and was a bit of a surprise with the consistency that he showed. It was no fluke as Farrell went on to PR and run some of the fastest times in the nation, most impressive being his 13:26 5k. Farrell is in the same position again as probably the best #4 man in the country. He talks about his start into running and his goals over the 2011-2012 year.
