FSU's #1, Amanda Winslow before NCAA Champs 2011

Amanda and a slew of other Seminole Women cam across the line first at last weekends' South Regional. The Junior is a Co Captain on the #1 ranked team in the country and seems to be peaking at the right time. Amanda is also an indoor 1500 all american and talks about the balance between the two disciplines and how the team keeps their cool going into the weekend.
