German Fernandez finishes 11th place overall to help his Oklahoma State Cowboy teammates to a runner-up finish at the 2011 NCAA Cross Country Championships. German questions if he and teammate Colby lowe waited to o long to move up front. Fernandez, with his second highest NCAA XC finish, ends his collegiate cross country career healthy as he moves on to the track season.
