Ryan Bak after running 2:14:17 marathon at CIM

Ryan Bak made his road marathon debut at the 2011 Cal International Marathon (CIM) and ran a surprising 2:14:17 to finish second overall. The results come after Ryan returns to competitive running, which he "retired" from in 2009. Bak, a former D3 national champ at Trinity and feature athlete in the movie "5000 Meters", last trained professionally with Gags and the OTC team in Eugene. He had been living in St. Louis the past few years but recently made the move to Bend, OR where he now trains with trail champ Max King.
