Irishman Ciaran O'Lionaird experienced a whirlwind of a summer after qualifying for the finals of the World Championships 1500 meters. The Florida State alum had to plead his case to Alberto Salazar to join the Oregon Project and now that he's there he is ready to make adjustments to see some major improvements.
