Galen Rupp reflects on things learned in 2011

While Galen is amping up for one of the most important years of his careers, he is still reflecting on how well his 2011 went. After a disappointing finish at Worlds, Galen came back and smashed the American Record in the 10k. While training in Albuquerque, Rupp discusses what he learned in 2011 and how what his team thinks he has to do to make that medal stand.
