Cas Loxsom hard look and adjustments after indoors at NCAA Indoors 2012

Cas Loxsom, one of the nation's best 800 meter runners and the fastest PR at the Indoor championships, had a tough weekend running 1:54 in the prelims of the 800. Loxsom walked away from the disappointment with the 4x400 to run with his teammates. He bounced back well splitting 46.04 and putting his team in great position to finish as the national runner up in the relay (Loxsom's split ranked 8th of 48 relay runners). Loxsom talks about this season, refocusing for outdoor and gives a message to the younger guys as he was learned big lessons the past few days.
