Pat Casey qualifies in 1500 after nervous weekend at 2012 NCAA West Prelim

In his first season as a Sooner, Patrick Casey qualified for his second NCAA Championships, running a 3:44.34 for the 1500m. A former Montana State runner, Casey has multiple Big Sky titles as well as an All American certificate. His transition to Oklahoma has had some ups and downs, but ultimately things seem to be clicking as he punched his ticket to Des Moines.
