Tyreek Hill was virtually unknown before this weekend. That all changed at the 2012 adidas Golden South Classic when Tyreek ran a 10.19 in the 100 meter prelims and followed it up with a second place finished in the final (10.41). Later that evening he blew the minds of track fans around the country running the second fastest 200 meter time in US high school history running 20.14. The time was .01 off of the national record of 20.13 that was set back in 1985. We should add that Tyreek also ran 20.49 in the 200 prelims! An amazing four rounds of sprinting for Hill. He will be running in the adidas Dream 100 at the adidas Grand Prix in New York City. Watch out Marvin Bracy and Levonte Whitfield, Tyreek has a message for you...
