Kori Carter breaks the collegiate 400m hurdle record 53.21 FTW at NCAA Outdoors 2013

Kori Carter wins the 400 meter hurdles at the 2013 NCAA Outdoor Track and Field Championships. Her time of 53.21 broke Sheena Tosta's former record of 53.54 and now ranks her as the 6th fastest American all-time. Carter's time would have also been good enough to win the bronze medal at the 2012 London Olympic Games. Carter will run the 100m hurdle final tomorrow against the collegiate record holder, Brianna Rollins.
