Chris Chavez updates Flotrack from the scene of the Asafa Powell and Sherone Simpson Raid

MVP Track Club is based in Lignano for the summer. Coincidentally, Flotrack Europe correspondent Chris Chavez finds himself in town before Tuesday's track meet. After paying a visit to the hotel where Asafa Powell and Sherone Simpson are based, Chavez talked to the hotel clerk outside. He was not allowed inside the hotel, where athletes were seen in the lobby. Jamaican flags were hanging above the street. The hotel clerk did not answer too many questions, but confirmed the police raid in the morning on three rooms, but there were no arrests. Note: Asafa Powell's room was raided. Not Nesta Carter's.
