Jeremy Taiwo: Easy Training Day

Decathlete Jeremy Taiwo made his first World team in 2013 after finishing his collegiate career at the University of Washington. Since then, injuries have slowed Taiwo, but an extremely successful 2015 season has put Jeremy in a good place as we approach the World Championships. Jeremy, now based at the Olympic Training Center in Chula Vista, talks about his slow approach to training and competing and cites patience as one of the big qualities he has learned while training post collegiately.
