After a rough day at the Bird's Nest, Team USA bounced back with two medals (Shamier Little - silver, Cassandra Tate - bronze) in the women's 400m hurdles and LaShawn Merritt running a new PB of 43.65 to earn silver in the men's 400m. The real winner of the day?
