Famed Minnesota XC/track coach Roy Griak made it his life's work to impact the entire Gopher community with character and integrity. On July 9th, Griak passed away at his home at the age of 91 after serving the university for over 50 years. The meet named in his honor will celebrate its 30th year on Saturday, and will induct the first class into the Roy Griak Invitational Hall of Fame.
